General Concepts

Colors

Our color palette and color styles have been refreshed to align with Fiori 3 colors. We also now support colors for Dark Mode in iOS 13. In support of iOS 13.0, we have introduced new color palettes, color styles, and text styles for when users choose to adopt the Dark Mode system interface.

Structure

We have updated the structure of our design system to UI Components and Patterns. Designs that previously lived in the Floorplans section have now been merged into its respective section.

UI Components

Rating Control

A new component for users to indicate an average rating for an object.

Object Card

Similar to the object cell, the object card gives a preview of an object and is highly customizable for a wide variety of use cases.

Hierarchy View

A new component to display the hierarchical structure of a single object type.

Patterns

Sibling Navigation

For apps with hierarchical navigation, sibling navigation help users easily navigate in the sequence of child objects.

SAP Fiori for iOS Stencils

We have updated the stencils with new components and enhancements for this release, including rating control, object card, and hierarchy view. In addition, colors and typography for Fiori 3 and Dark Mode have been included.
