In this year in review we would like to share our biggest successes and greatest experiences with you.
Since 2013 it is the mission of the Design & Co-Innovation Center to elevate the perception of SAP’s user experience and design. We have been focusing on working in a creative space, with the right approach and the right set of skills.
We have successfully completed more than 450 customer projects in two and half years that reveal the value of UX design for our customers. Our team is located in Palo Alto (USA), Walldorf and Berlin (Germany) and Seoul (South Korea). We drive customer and strategic design projects through co-innovation and design thinking while showing that good design goes way beyond beautifully designed interfaces but rather can help reduce costs dramatically for example by improving user productivity, reducing training costs, reducing IT tickets and reducing change requests.
With our customers we have shown the power of design across industries, helped governments simplify their processes, improved customers’ service experience, redefined how sports cars are planned and produced, helped driving business value, transformed the sports fan engagement experience, filled the social gap for elderly people, digitised and accelerated cancer screening in fragile infrastructures, and helped embed design, design thinking, and innovation practices in companies around the globe.

By combining the power of design with the power of SAP HANA we have been able to be even more successful than last year. We focused on always making the needs of end users a priority and provide a complete design service to our customers and help them to establish a culture of innovation also in their organisation.
