Can you elobrate what does applying Fiori Design pricinples for technologies other than UI5 ?

Example: Applying it for Custom hybris application built using JSP.

Fiori design principles have a great acceptance, however UI5 might not be the best fit across some Customer scenarios.

Any input or pointers will be highly appreciated.

The new Personas RDS has pre-built Fiori-like flavours and comes with Style guides to create you own so that even in the absence of a standard Fiori app you can give the user a common user experience.
