We are going through the technical landscape documentation of SAP CoPilot – Technical System Landscape.
Here it is mentioned under the Frontend section that SAP CoPilot runs on any SAP Fiori Launchpad, such as on-premise ABAP server. For this specific scenario in the technical system landscape diagram under the On Premise section it says Target Mappings and other configuration are required to be done on the on-premise system. Where can we find more details of exactly what these configurations are that need to be performed?
SAP CoPilot is currently only available for the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Edition, as stated in the SAP CoPilot Feature Scope Description, and this integration comes fully configured and ready for use.
The technical system landscape includes an overview how other deployment options would be integrated once CoPilot becomes available for them. At that time, a detailed configuration guide would be provided.
Is there any S/4 Cloud trial version where I can test or try these apps. As the s/4 cloud version I have subscribed is not having any such app to test. Am I missing something or do I need to subscribe to new version s/4 system.
Thanks for your inputs.
These answers the questions I had regarding CoPilot for the moment.
Yes, there is an SAP S/4HANA Cloud Trial Version available here: https://www.sap.com/cmp/oth/crm-s4hana/s4hana-cloud.html.
We would like to know if SAP CoPilot is available for S/4 1709 FP01 on premise edition.
I do see that the CoPilot is mentioned in the product guide. Could you please confirm as we are not able to find any configuration document/KBA for the same.
SAP CoPilot is available for SAP S/4HANA on premise 1701 FP01. However, an additional license is required for this.
Please check the configuration guide on the SAP Help Portal, which includes information on the required components as well as the necessary steps to connect SAP Copilot to the S/4 backend system: https://help.sap.com/viewer/c7d829d2dff24c458f88fe7671e3ae8e/1805/en-US
