Hi Team,

I am using the SAP Build for the Prototype for one of the Idea. I have completed it and would like to use the same code for my development in the Netweaver Developer Studio or Eclipse IDE. Could you please help or let me know if any approach for reusing the code. As of now i can use the code in the WebIde.

Please share me the approaches if you have any.

Thanks for your help in advance,

Hello Reddy A.

You have two options to achieve what you are looking for:

  1. Import the prototype in WebIDE, then export the code
  2. In Splash, publish your prototype. Copy the URL of the published prototype and replace everything after “snapshot/“ by “zipsnapshot”. When entering this new URL in your browser, it will download a zip file with your HTML5 prototype code.

Best regards

Thomas

Hi all,

it’s also possible to connect WebIDE to Splash via destinations in HCP cockpit. Please have a look to this video here, which describes the procedure quiet well: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EiSK6dJYCE0

Hi,

Is this solution still working? Cannot get it after replacing snapshot/ by zipsnapshot… There is a big link with numbers after snapshot/ that needs to be replaced simply by “zipsnapshot”?

Thanks,
Trinidad.

Hello Maria,

We did it for you!

If you click the “SHARE” Button in the toolbar of the prototype editor or the Page Map, you can now find a “DOWNLOAD” tab.

URL editing is no longer required.

Best regards

Thomas
