The time picker control enables users to select a time.

Do

• Set default value to avoid unnecessary scrolling. It often makes sense to set the default for the time to the full or half hour, setting the minutes to 00 or 30. Sometimes it makes more sense to use the current time.

Don’t

• Don’t use this control if you want to support keyboard entry because it will not be supported. In this case, consider using select control.
