New App Icon Style and a Complete Guide to the App Icon Creation

The app icon of SAP mobile apps communicate the purpose of SAP’s mobile experience and supports business users in recognizing the app in the App Store and on their home screens.

Our new app icon design direction complements the new SAP Horizon visual design and creates a recognizable mobile brand. The balance between individual icon metaphors, characteristic shapes and coherent visual design embraces the SAP mobile product family.

Updates in Horizon Theme

We added two more colors to each color group. The colors offer more variety of shades, allowing flexible uses of colors in UI elements. We also updated Semantic, Fill, Accent, and Core colors to make the components better aligned with our Fiori Horizon theme. Go to Colors to learn more

New Text Input Field

New Object Header

The new Object Header offers extra flexibility to fit more variety of use cases. With the introduction of the new layout, the component permits better use of space. Go to Object Header to learn more.

New Object Card and List Card Views

In addition to the Object Card View being updated with our refreshed button styles, we are introducing the new List Card View — a new card component that shows a preview of a set of items or objects in a vertical list format.

Enhancements

Object Cell Enhancement
